The Pie Australasian Dividend Fund is a PIE registered fund that invests predominantly in small companies listed in Australia and New Zealand. The Fund will seek to provide investors with a regular dividend payment stream as well as long term capital growth by investing in a portfolio of hand-picked listed smaller companies.

The Fund will aim to grow its dividend distributions each year. The Fund will declare distribution payments at the end of June and December of each year and distributions will be paid within 20 business days of the date of declaration, provided that the first distribution for the Fund will be declared on 30 June 2012 in respect of the period from 16 September 2011 to 30 June 2012. The Manager reserves the right not to pay a distribution. Investors will have the option of reinvesting dividends back into the Fund.
