1. Entry is open to all Pie KiwiSaver Scheme members who qualify to receive the KiwiSaver Government Contribution for the year ended 30 June 2024, except employees (and their immediate families) of Pie Funds Management Limited.
2. The prize draw is promoted by Pie Funds Management Limited, as manager and issuer of the Pie KiwiSaver Scheme (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "we").
3. The prize draw closes on 30/06/2024.
4. The prize draw is for 1 of 10 prizes of $521.43 deposits into the member’s Pie KiwiSaver Scheme account.
5. Members are eligible for 1 x entry each into the prize draw, but only if they have qualified to receive at least part of the government contribution for the year ended 30 June 2024.
6. The prize winners will be drawn via an online random number generator (recorded and signed off by the CEO) approximately one month after 30 June 2024, and the winners will be notified by telephone or email. The winners agree that we may use the personal information we hold about them to contact them or announce their win on the Pie Funds website or social media pages.
7. If we are unable to contact a winner via phone or we have not had a response via email after one month of trying, the prize will be forfeited.
8. We reserve the right to assess and or decline the validity of a winner's participation in the prize draw, at our discretion.
9. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any prize without any compensation.
10. We will not be liable to any person for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the prize offered in this prize draw.
11. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw or any aspect of it including altering the qualifying criteria, the prize or terms and conditions at any time. No claim may be made against Pie Funds Management Limited or the Pie KiwiSaver Scheme or any of its agents and employees in connection with any such extension, change or termination.
12. The prize is not transferable. The prize recipient may not nominate someone else to receive the prize. If the recipient is unable or unwilling to accept a prize, we may award it to an alternative recipient.
