Objective

The Property & Infrastructure Fund's objective is to generate capital growth over a period exceeding seven years. The Fund invests predominantly in listed property and infrastructure securities, directly and/or through externally managed funds.

When selecting an investment we handpick a small number of companies, with sustainable cashflows, industry tailwinds and key assets that are vital to our communities. Investments are made directly and through fund managers with similar investment philosophies to Pie Funds.

The Fund invests approximately 50% into a high-conviction infrastructure fund managed by Morrison, a leading global infrastructure investment firm with a long history of managing investments in listed infrastructure companies. Morrison invests in a concentrated global portfolio of infrastructure assets that are exposed to multi-decade tailwinds by investing wisely in ideas that matter in the infrastructure sector.

This Fund has a risk rating of 6 out of 7 (very high risk).
