Promotion summary

Pie Funds Management Limited (‘Promoter’) is giving Pie Investment Funds’ clients a chance to win a return trip for two to Australia (‘Promotion’). The Promotion opens at 6am on Monday 25 August 2025 and closes at midnight on Friday 31 October 2025 (‘Promotion Period’).

Conditions of entry

  • You must be a Pie Funds Management Scheme client and deposit at least $25,000 into the Pie Australasian Growth Fund and/or the Pie Australasian Growth Fund 2 and/or the Pie Australasian Dividend Growth Fund during the Promotion Period to be eligible to participate in the Promotion. Investors through a platform (e.g Sharesies) and any third-party financial adviser groups will not be eligible for entry.
  • For every deposit of $25,000 you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. For example, a $100,000 deposit will entitle you to four entries.
  • Fund switches and/or transferred amounts from other Pie Funds products are excluded. Deposits to Pie Wealth portfolios are also excluded.
  • To enter you must be a New Zealand resident.
  • Where the winner is under 18, the prize will be issued to the consenting parent/guardian, who must book and undertake the travel with the minor winner.
  • Where the winner is an entity and not a natural person, the entity will elect one person to determine who gets the benefit of the prize.
  • The Promoter, its employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
  • Deposits must be received during the Promotion Period. Any deposits received after the closing time will be ineligible for entry.
  • Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Winner

  • One winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on Wednesday 5 November.  Attempts will be made to notify the winner by phone at the contact telephone number provided with their Pie Funds account. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to 5 days after prize draw then the prize is forfeited and a further draw(s) will be conducted. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner of the Promotion agrees to participate in promotional material about the trip for the purposes of the Promoter promoting their products and services. The winner agrees that this promotional material can be shared by the Promoter on its platforms, including on social media.

Prize details

  • The Prize is 1x $5,000 Flight Centre voucher to be used for ONE holiday package for travel to Australia. The Flight Centre voucher is valid for redemption one year from date of issue. The prize cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable.
  • All requested travel dates are subject to operator and airline availability at the time of booking.
  • Travel insurance is entirely the responsibility of the prize winner and is strongly recommended for the duration of the prize winner trip.
  • Any additional costs not covered above that are incurred to take the prize are at the winner's expense.
  • Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the participation in this Promotion.
  • Any other conditions imposed by Flight Centre at the time of booking will apply.
