The Pie Fixed Income Fund and Pie Property & Infrastructure Fund cannot currently be applied for or acquired, and no money is currently being sought for investment in these two funds.  When these two funds become open to investors (which is expected to occur on or after 5 December 2023), the offer of the funds will be made in accordance with the Financial Markets Conduct Act.
